Hampton Bays, NY The first townhomes at the Hampton Boathouses—a luxury, waterfront townhome community by Rechler Equity Partners—are now accepting applications and providing tours. Due to a desirable rental market on Long Island’s East End, the first 16 homes at the Hampton Boathouses will be available for a year-long rent, rather than purchase.
