RealPlus launches Jaguar

RealPlus - a Manhattan-based technology company known for revolutionizing the real estate industry by automating the exchange of brokerage listings - launched Jaguar. Broker Heaven - a real estate training and consulting company headquartered in a 3,200 s/f loft at 333 Park Avenue South - was filled to capacity with brokers eagerly anticipating the unveiling of this listing management system, which is compatible with all computers, browsers, tablets and hand-held devices, and offers a number of features. The demand for Jaguar has been so great that this is only the first of a series of launch events to be rolled out over the coming weeks. This much anticipated program makes it easy and fast for real estate agents and their clients to search, share, market, and manage listings. Designed using the latest cloud technologies, the 100% web-based RealPlus Jaguar enhances the efficiency and productivity of today's real estate brokers and agents. By incorporating third party listing and closing data, Jaguar is designed to be the single source of information so that you no longer need to waste valuable time searching through the supplemental sites everyone uses today. This service, which can be customized via firm or agent, offers an array of features such as integrated open rentals, optional RETS feed to national sites, and easily accessible marketing reports - including CMAs and listing brochures for buyers and sellers. "Jaguar provides greater control so that agents and firms can manage listings to best suit their needs and those of their clients," said Eric Gordon, managing director of RealPlus.
