Raskob of the Kaufman Org. signs four leases totaling 17,320 s/f at Nelson Tower

The Kaufman Org. has brokered four leases totaling 17,320 s/f at the Nelson Tower, located at 450 Seventh Ave. Barbara Raskob represented Kaufman in all of the transactions. "As we approach spring 2012, 450 Seventh Ave. continues to see strong leasing activity from tenants across multiple industries, with a current occupancy of 99%," said Raskob. The deals include: * Unclaimed Property Recovery and Reporting, LLC signed a seven-year lease for 9,600 s/f. * Invention Resource International expanded their New York location by 961 s/f with a five-year lease for 3,250 s/f. The space features a pre-built open floor plan. * The Compliance Search Group signed a three-year lease for 2,289 s/f. Daniel Lolai of MHP Commercial Brokerage Services represented the tenant. * CourtAlert.Com, Inc. signed a five-year lease for 2,181 s/f. The pre-built space was move-in ready for the company. Dave Menaged of Intrepid Real Estate Group, LLC represented the tenant. 450 Seventh Ave., located in the Fashion District and the Transit Triangle created by Penn Station, Port Authority Bus Station and Grand Central Station, features 24-hour, 7 day-a-week on-site security and management. Tenants include the Citibank Real Estate and the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, Coal Fire, Reliant Security, Staurt Dean Inc. The Kaufman Organization, with 100 years experience and 5.4 million square feet of owned or managed space, has long been considered one of the most prominent and well-respected real estate companies in the New York metropolitan area. The company offers a fully integrated spectrum of leasing and management services to diverse owners and tenants and is continually looking to build its portfolio through property acquisitions.
