What was the best thing that happened to you or your firm in 2014?
Very exciting year, a lot of the deals came together, including major industrial deals, the entire office contributed towards the success we had, including our admins

The expansion for the headquarters for Flushing Financial Corp.
What are you looking forward to accomplishing in 2015?
Hopefully another successful year, without any major economic distress
What are some of your real estate predictions for 2015?
I believe the activity will continue, and hopefully more inventory will come on the market so we can meet the requirements of our customers.
