Q|10 G.S. Wilcox arrange three loans totaling $22m

The team of Gretchen Wilcox, president of Q10| G.S. Wilcox & Co., and Albert Raymond, principal, arranged the three following loans totaling $22 million: * A $15 million loan on a newly constructed Courtyard by Marriott hotel located in Paramus. This 82,935 square foot, four-story brick hotel houses 154 rooms and a 44-seat restaurant. * A $6 million loan on a vacant 119,000 s/f industrial building located in Linden. This property has 20' clear ceiling heights, eight loading doors and two drive in-doors. * A $1 million loan on a 28,882 s/f fully occupied industrial building located in Paterson.
