Investment Property Realty Group closes $9.4 million sale of 73 Warren St.

Manhattan, NY Investment Property Realty Group (IPRG) closed the sale of 73 Warren St., a mixed-use building located in the Tribeca section of the city, for $9.4 million.

The transaction was negotiated by Adam Lobel, Zack Ziskin, Justin Zeitchik and Christian Ingenito, who represented both the seller, The Berger Family, and the buyer, Lockhill Properties.

The 10,500 s/f loft-style mixed-use property consists of five full-floor residential lofts above ground-floor commercial space occupied by Ol’Days Farm to Table. Lockhill Properties plans to renovate the residential portion of the building, further expanding its growing Manhattan portfolio. The sale marks IPRG’s third completed transaction in Tribeca over the past year.
