On March 27th, Professional Women in Construction (PWC) will host its annual Awards Reception honoring the Goethals Bridge Modernization Program (GBMP) from 5:30 - 8p.m. at Club 101, 101 Park Ave.
The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey authorized a project in 2013 to replace the Goethals Bridge through a Public Private Partnership (P3) arrangement. The program scope of work includes the replacement of the existing Goethals Bridge in its entirety with a new 900-ft. cable stayed bridge and approach viaducts.
Nicole Hunter, project manager, HNTB, is chairing the program for PWC.
