Ceppos, who is senior managing director of Colliers International in Stamford, was elected and sworn in at BOMA Westchester's Annual Holiday Luncheon and Inauguration of Officers held December 5th at Westchester Hills Golf Club in White Plains.
Ceppos has more than 10 years of experience in commercial brokerage. Prior to joining Colliers, he worked in the Connecticut office of CB Richard Ellis. Preceding his time at CB Richard Ellis, he worked for the Staubach Company in New York City. During his career in commercial real estate he has been responsible for closing transactions in excess of $100 million. He is a resident of Danbury.
Other officers elected and sworn in for the 2014 term were:
Vice president: William Bassett of Cushman & Wakefield; Secretary: Susan Curtis of RXR Realty; Treasurer: Catherine Morrissey of BioMed Realty Trust.
The following directors were also elected: Dean Bender of Thompson & Bender, Sean Brown of Peel Properties, Art D'Estrada of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, Vinny Finnegan of Mack-Cali Realty Corp, John Lomurno of GlobeOp Financial Services LLC, Scott Tangredi of Reckson, a division of SL Green and Fred Scilliano of C.W. Brown, Inc., was elected Allied Representative.
