Pryputniewicz, Hathaway and Conley of Pyramid broker $365,000; Summit Park LLC sells to Beebe Construction
According to Pyramid Brokerage Co., the firm has completed the sale of a 16,100 s/f multi-unit apartment building located at 8580 Rte. 69.
Beebe Construction purchased the property from Summit Park LLC for $365,000.
Matthew Pryputniewicz of Pyramid represented the buyer while Anthony Hathaway and Michael Conley of Pyramid represented the seller.
