Debes joins Cabot Group as vice president of multifamily asset management

The Cabot Group recently appointed Jordan Debes as vice president of multifamily asset management. In his new position, Debes is responsible for overseeing departmental operations, strategic asset planning and asset analysis, contract negotiations, monitoring market conditions and developing new business opportunities. Previously, Debes worked as director, multifamily management, supervising operations of 5,500 multifamily units in N.Y. and Fla. He has a decade of industry experience. Debes served in the U.S. Marine Corps and earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Boston University. Founded in 1971, The Cabot Group provides consulting, asset management, brokerage, and facilities management services to a wide variety of clients, including financial institutions, colleges and universities, municipalities, court-appointed trustees, publicly held and privately held corporations, not-for-profits and private investors.
