Prudential Douglas Elliman wins top honors at PREA 2008 First Quarter Awards

Prudential Douglas Elliman garnered a multitude of honors for its high producing agents and offices in the newly released Prudential Real Estate Affiliates (PREA) 2008 First Quarter Awards.

Prudential Douglas Elliman offices swept top awards in their categories. The 575 Madison Ave. office, managed by Steven James, Nan Mar Elia, Alfred Renna, Lea Governale and Corinne Pulitzer, took the first place award for "top three offices with a minimum of 76 sales professionals in the U.S. northern for residential gross commission Income (GCI)." The 1995 Broadway, managed by Jeff Rothstein and John Lawrence took Second Pl., and manager Chris Peters' office at 26 West 17th St. took the number three spot.
The 575 Madison Ave. office also won first place in the award for "Top three offices with a minimum of 76 sales professionals in U.S. northern for residential units," with the 1995 Broadway office taking the third place award.
Manager Ronald Tardanico's office at 980 Madison Ave. won the first place award for "top three offices with a minimum of 41 sales professionals and a maximum of 75 sales professionals in U.S. northern for residential GCI." The 51 East 10th street office, managed by Gary Cannata, claimed the second place award in the same category.
Manager Kenneth Malian's office at 90 Hudson took the Second Place award for "top three offices in U.S. northern for commercial GCI with a minimum of $300,000," and the 299 Bedford Ave. office, managed by Michael Moran, won the second place award for "top three offices in U.S. northern for residential GCI and with a minimum of one sales professional and a maximum of 20 sales professionals."
Prudential Douglas Elliman also won top honors between the sales professional and team awards. Dolly Lenz, of the 575 Madison Ave. office, won the First Place Sales Professional Award in New York for Residential GCI. The Jim Testa Team, from the 1995 Broadway office took second place in the same category with the Daniela Kunen Team, also from the 575 Madison Ave. office, in third place.
Leonard Bromberg of the 90 Hudson office claimed the First Place Sales Professional Award in New York for Commercial GCI and second place went to Faith Hope Consolo, from the 575 Madison Ave. office. Congratulations to all.
