Press/Cuozzo sells 18,500 s/f industrial building for $575,000
Press/Cuozzo has completed the sale of 1050 Sherman Ave. This 18,500 s/f industrial facility offered 5,000 s/f of A/C office space, 14' ceilings, heavy power, one dock and one DI door.
Stephen Press and Joel Nesson were the co-listing agents and Press also procured the buyer.
The transaction closed on January 31, at $575,000. The property was purchased by Olde Ways LLC and was sold by LILEE Association, LLC.
