According to Londregan Commercial Real Estate Group, the Connecticut affiliate of Paramount Partners, Stephanie Pious has joined as vice president. Pious' expertise in commercial and industrial real estate has resulted in the completion of numerous sales and leasing assignments. During her career Pious has represented a large number of clients ranging from local business owners, manufacturing companies, non- profit organizations and hospitals.
An area of specialization where Pious has had her most recent successes has been the medical office sector. Working on behalf of Lawrence & Memorial Hospital in New London, Pious orchestrated the purchase of its new 48,000 s/f office building. This acquisition will now allow Lawrence & Memorial to create a multi-specialty practice with on-site ancillary services that will expand its customer base and reach. Pious has also worked with the Day Kimball Hospital of Putnam, to expand its operations by securing a site to house t its new 27,500 s/f medical office facility in Plainfield.
In the industrial market, Stephanie was instrumental in the sale of MeadWestvaco Corporation's 166,000 SF plant in Enfield, CT. She also represented Unicorr Packaging Group in their acquisition of 50,000 s/f of additional warehouse space in Haverhill, MA, which enabled them to better service their growing customer base in MA and NH.
