What was your most notable project, deal or transaction in 2013?
I leased 21,856 s/f of office space to Riverhead Building Supply in the EPCAL Park in Riverhead, Suffolk County, Long Island. This deal means a lot to me because what started out as a small office deal turned into a major corporate business decision.Because of my perseverance and tenacity my client made an important move at the right time in this tumultuous market and got one hell of a deal.
