Passero Associates, a full-service professional consulting firm headquartered in Rochester, New York, will soon be moving to new space in the historic Cascade district of downtown Rochester. The architects and engineers at Passero are completing plans for the $6.7 million renovation of a 110-year-old former factory and school building at the corner of West Main St. and Cascade Dr. into two floors of offices for the firm and two floors of high-end lofts. Retail space will also be available. The basement will be converted to underground parking, storage and gym space. Passero is partnering with Spoleta Construction on the project, scheduled to be completed in the summer of 2012.
Wayne Wegman, president of Passero, said, "The City of Rochester has exciting plans for the Main and Cascade area, which will be a "Western Gateway" to downtown. We are proud to be a part of this revitalization." After searching for over two years for new office space, Wegman is pleased with the new building. "This space has everything we were looking for - a convenient location in the heart of downtown Rochester, ample parking for our employees and clients, and room for expansion. Renovating this historic building is also an excellent opportunity for our architects and engineers to create a modern mixed-use space utilizing sustainable design practices and to showcase our firm."

Passero Associates is an 80+ person, full-service professional consulting firm providing planning, engineering, architectural design, environmental, surveying, program management and construction administration services throughout the eastern United States.
