Pardo of Ingram & Hebron and Gewirtzman of Industry City handle 14,359 s/f lease in Industry City area for Clara Sunwoo

Brooklyn, NY According to Ingram & Hebron, Sunset Park/Industry City has landed another fashion tenant: Clara Sunwoo has signed a 10-year lease to relocate from the Garment District to 34 34th St., Building #6 in Industry City. The fashion company, who opened its doors in 1997, is doubling in size from 6,000 s/f to 14,359 s/f.

Caroline Pardo of Ingram & Hebron Realty represented the tenant while Sam Gewirtzman represented the landlord.

“Industry City is the perfect location for Clara Sunwoo and its employees. With a vast array of restaurants, its beautiful courtyards and its proximity to Manhattan and public transportation, my client fell in love with the culture and vibe of Industry City. And the fact that it will have a beautiful corner space with views of the Statue of Liberty was the icing on the cake,” said Pardo.

Clara Sunwoo joins other fashion tenants The Gap who signed a lease second quarter 2016, Malia Mills, Steven Alan, Maria Castelli, Lana Stepul and Ball and Buck.
