Pallett of Greiner-Maltz negotiates 25,000 s/f to New Line Cinema for Westchester County film location

Mount Vernon, NY Greiner-Maltz has brought another film production to Westchester County. The New Line Cinema film starring Rebel Wilson has begun production in an undisclosed location.

Associate broker Paul Pallett of Greiner-Maltz negotiated the 25,000 s/f lease to New Line Cinema. Pallett has leased or sold over 300,000 s/f of commercial properties in the area since 2015. This is the fourth production that Greiner-Maltz has brought to Westchester in the last six months.

“Given our deep knowledge of NYC real estate in the outer boroughs as well as all the players, Greiner Maltz has become the go-to brokerage for these production companies,” said Ayall Schanzer, president and CEO at Greiner-Maltz Realty Advisors. “We are pleased to play a role in bringing film and television production to the greater New York area.”

In addition to Rebel Wilson, the film also stars Priyanka Chopra, Adam Devine and Liam Hemsworth.
