Bohemia, NY P.W. Grosser Consulting, Inc. (PWGC) promoted five associates who, through their hard work, dedication, eagerness to learn and accept greater responsibilities, were recognized and rewarded for their efforts.
Kris Almskog, PG, has been promoted from vice president to senior vice president. “I am very excited to serve the firm, our talented staff and our project teammates in my new role as sr. vice president of the Environmental Compliance Unit,” said Almskog. “In my new role, I will be focusing on continued technical and professional growth of our staff in order to serve our teammates with the high quality, responsive results they have come to expect from PWGC. I am very excited about our ever-growing commitment to providing client driven solutions to our teammates and providing professional growth and firm ownership opportunities to our dedicated staff.”
Maryann Ashworth, PG, CPESC has been promoted from senior project manager to vice president. “I am excited to be leading the Environmental Compliance Group along with Kris Almskog, PG. We will be working to create a coordinated group in a way that provides expanded opportunities for staff and offers integrated services for our clients. I look forward to sharing my knowledge base and training and mentoring junior staff as well as learning from the group,” said Ashworth.
Derek Ersbak, PG, has been promoted from senior project manager to vice president. “I am extremely grateful to have been recently promoted to the level of vice president. Having started with the company in 2006 at the field hydrogeologist level, it has been an amazing 14-plus years growing with the company. This company is truly amazing with all of the vast knowledge available and willingness to teach. I look forward to passing on the knowledge I have gained from my time here so far and continuing to learn. I am excited to help grow the company and look forward to working closely with the administrative team. I would like to thank everyone for helping me get to this level in my career,” said Ersbak.
Dan Sergison, has been promoted from project engineer to senior engineer. “I am very thankful and excited that PWGC has promoted me to senior engineer. As a senior engineer, I look forward to increased opportunities working with younger staff. I would like to do as much knowledge-sharing and mentoring as possible to help develop these individuals, which would benefit everyone involved.”
