What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of?

We specialize in hospitality and interior design of condominiums and luxury apartments. Our latest accomplishments have been Flora, a luxury exploration super yacht that navigates in the Galapagos and the Eddy, a waterfront luxury apartment complex in Harrison. Our clients, Ironstate and Pegasus Group gave us a unique opportunity to stand out.

Tell us about a mentor or role model that has influenced your career choices?

Some of my professors in architecture school in Rome (Italy) were instrumental in inspiring me to be creative, analytical, and to listen to others. One of the most important lessons was the value of steadiness and consistency.

What 3 skills do you consider the most important to be successful in your industry?

We are a NY woman-owned business and one of our missions is to inspire other women to become entrepreneurs and team members in general to think like entrepreneurs.

1. Ingenuity and courage to have your voice heard.

2. Build resilience over time.

3. Inspire our end users to love design, art and culture.

What is one lesson that you had to learn the hard way?

Your ideas may not please everyone. Stand by them!

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?

Traveling, figure skating and drawing cartoons.
