What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of?

When I started my career at Jafri Capital, the Jafri Journal was merely an idea to transform the way we consume media in the real estate world. With big dreams and optimism at the forefront, we took the plunge in creating a media platform that highlighted the most relevant deals and news in real estate. The Jafri Journal was founded in 2021 and through feedback, growing pains, trial and error, and everything else in between, we found our niche within the Daily Round-Up email blast. Launching in January 2022, our Daily Round-Up rapidly attracted attention from industry CEOs, politicians, brokers, lenders, royal families and more. Additionally, we’ve secured marketing, media, and advertisement deals as the Daily Round-Up is now read daily by thousands, creating its own sphere of influence.

How do you contribute to your community or your profession?

The real estate community is one that I am honored to be a part of. In an effort to grow the community and foster strong relationships, I’ve led the team in hosting Jafri Journal networking events attended by industry leaders, creating the network for the future. At our first event, we were honored to host a panel with two keynote speakers that attracted attendees curious to learn and grow their careers. We look forward to building out The Jafri Journal community.

What led you to your current profession?

I’m a Midwest girl, born and raised in Minnesota, who dreamed of starting a career in New York City. I found Jafri Capital in my job search and was passionate about the opportunity to create something for the future—The Jafri Journal. Through endless guidance and patience from my business partner, Shahid Jafri, I navigated the ins and outs of a new role in NYC amidst a global pandemic. To say some days were hectic would be an understatement but I’m beyond thankful for everything I have learned throughout the last year and a half. I am honored to be a part of the real estate community, leading the efforts in growing The Jafri Journal.
