What led you to your current profession?
Looking back over the years, I can point to many influences that drove my career path. I grew up in a historic town abundant with iconic examples of 19th and early 20th century architecture and early on was captivated by the beauty of the built environment. As a kid, I spent days in nearby woods planning and building makeshift forts with friends and evenings constructing buildings with disassembled corrugated cardboard. I had wonderful mentors along the way who recognized my passions and helped me in my continuing professional journey in the design industry,
