Brooklyn, NY According to Two Trees Management Co., Penthouse 3A at One Domino Square is in contract for $7 million. The tallest home on the city waterfront, the residence now holds the record for the most expensive sponsor sale in North Brooklyn history by price per s/f ($3,313), surpassing the previous record by nearly 9%.
The record-breaking sale follows other building accolades. One Domino Square is over 67% sold and has achieved over $290 million in sales-to-date. The building has claimed the title of New York City’s fastest-selling building for more months than any other new development since its launch. Last year, One Domino Square’s Penthouse 1A closed for $7.75 million, which broke the record for the priciest sponsor sale in Williamsburg and Greenpoint history and the neighborhood’s most expensive sale by price per s/f.
Penthouse 3A is a half-floor jewel box condo spanning 2,113 s/f of interior living space and offering nearly 1,000 s/f of rooftop outdoor space. The home features a sculpted spiral staircase that leads to a private wraparound terrace with views of the waterfront, skyline, and the city. Penthouse 3A is the first-ever penthouse furnished and outfitted by Irish design brand Orior, providing its buyer a completely turnkey experience. Its interiors embody quality and artistry, and every detail was meticulously crafted to offer an unparalleled living experience that blends the vibrancy of Williamsburg with the serenity of the waterfront and Domino Park.
“This North Brooklyn record reflects the sustained demand for One Domino Square, and we expect the residences to sell out this year,” said Jed Walentas, CEO of Two Trees Management. “The building continues to outperform in the market, and Domino Park adds a level of openness and neighborhood energy that’s rare in New York and meaningfully differentiates the project.”
“This is the second record-breaking sale at One Domino Square in the past year, showcasing the appeal of quality design, extensive wellness and community-driven amenity offerings with unmatched views of the river and skyline,” said Aaron Goed, sales director at Two Trees Management. “Beyond the building itself, the Domino Park waterfront continues to grow into one of the city’s most desirable year-round destinations with its own curated arts, entertainment, retail, and dining just across the street from all the other charms Williamsburg has to offer.”
