O'Brien and Murphy of NAI Platform complete $3.75 million sale in Colonie

Daniel O'Brien and Robert Murphy of NAI Platform have brokered the $3.75 million sale of 10 Jupiter Ln. The 138,450 s/f facility is on 9.76 acres. This is the second time O'Brien and Murphy have sold the facility. At the time of the first sale, the building was vacant and owned by Windsor Development Group. The property was purchased by Service Liquor Distributors. Service Liquor was purchased and is now known as Empire Merchants North. The most recent sale included a short term leaseback by Empire Merchants North while waiting for their new 200,000 s/f facility in Coxsackie to be completed. The property is now listed cooperatively for lease by NAI Platform and Nick DeMase & Associates.
