Ninnis joins VVA, LLC as associate project mgr.

According to VVA, LLC, an independent project management and owner's rep firm, specializing in commercial interior and new building development, Jonathan Ninnis has joined the company as an associate project manager. "Jonathan's proven track record in architecture, construction and project supervision are a perfect match to VVA's business," said Ray Arnold, VVA managing director. Ninnis joined VVA after two years at Cushman & Wakefield Inc. where he worked as a managing agent for Citigroup. He performed duties that included managing construction of projects, prototype plan development, budget and schedule development, financial tracking and project closeout, managing a variety of projects simultaneously, in New Jersey and Massachusetts. Ninnis previously served as a company officer/construction project manager at GSN Construction, focusing on all daily operations including the maintenance of all required licenses and insurance policies, job records and staff supervision.
