SSJ Development begins construction on two waterfront developments

SSJ Development LLC, led by Stephen Jemal, one of the most prominent New York based waterfront developers, has begun construction on two distinct waterfront developments in the Mill Basin and Sheepshead Bay areas of Brooklyn, N.Y. Construction will be completed in approximately 12 months. The Riviera Suites at Sheepshead Bay at 2433 Knapp St. will include the development of 18 loft-style one and two-bedroom units. The Riviera Estates at Mill Basin, will be comprised of 10 single family luxurious homes. A niche developer with an exclusive focus on waterfront living, SSJ Development is committed to revitalizing neglected waterfronts that have become blighted in otherwise established, vibrant communities.  "I'm very proud to start construction on The Riviera developments which will revitalize waterfront living and give the waterfront back to thriving communities," said Jemal, president of SSJ Development LLC. Designed by Gregory Ginter, Architect, who is working exclusively with SSJ Development on all development projects, The Riviera residences will all emphasize their connection to the outdoors with large balconies, terraces, and expansive windows overlooking the water.  The Riviera homes will all be finished in the finest quality green building materials.
