Nicholson of Island Associates leases 1,100 s/f; O'Grady of CW assists
Chris Nicholson of Island Associates negotiated the lease for the newly opened GNC in Deer Park Plaza across from the Tanger Outlet center.
Matthew O'Grady of Cushman Wakefield represented the landlord.
The space is located on an out parcel of the center adjacent to T-Mobile. Co-tenants include, Retro Fitness, McDonalds, Advanced Auto, Suffolk County National Bank and TGIF. The space is 1,100 s/f with an aggregate rental in excess of $150,000.

What noteworthy transactions or deals from this year best exemplified key market trends or shifts? I would like to say there was an outstanding transaction for me this past year but 2024 was more a culmination of long-term relationships, most of which continued to transact. Deals were smaller in many cases but we saw robust leasing both on the agency side as well as on the tenant side.
