New Street Rlty. Advisors secures 3,000 s/f for Just Salad; CBRE assists

According to New Street Realty Advisors, LLC, it has completed the successful lease transaction between Whitehall Properties II, LLC the owners of The Caroline at 706 Avenue of the Americas, and Just Salad in a long term lease transaction. The 3,000 s/f ground floor space is situated on the east side of Sixth Ave. between East 22nd St. and East 23rd St. Just Salad will take possession of the space immediately and anticipates opening in the spring of 2011. New Street Realty Advisors acted on behalf of the tenant and CB Richard Ellis acted on behalf of the landlord. Just Salad, with five locations in Manhattan and two locations in Hong Kong, was eager to enter into the heavily trafficked Chelsea/Ladies Mile corridor.
