Chris Nicholson of Island Associates negotiated the lease for the newly opened GNC in Deer Park Plaza across from the Tanger Outlet center. Matthew O'Grady of Cushman Wakefield represented the landlord. The space is located on an out parcel of the center adjacent to T-Mobile. Co-tenants include, Retro Fitness, McDonalds, Advanced Auto, Suffolk County National Bank and TGIF. The space is 1,100 s/f with an aggregate rental in excess of $150,000.
