What was your most notable project, deal or transaction in 2013?
2013 was my best year ever leasing rooftops for solar on Long Island! The company I represent, Nautilus Solar Energy was fortunate to secure exclusive representation from Zere Real Estate Services, who helped us evaluate hundreds of potential solar sites across Nassau and Suffolk Counties. We signed a significant number of multi-site solar leases with major market players that will be operational in 2014 and beyond.
Long Island is establishing itself as a national leader in solar energy, and it continues to be a privilege and honor to be a part of that growth.

The focus of the company is to assist lending institutions, attorneys, real estate investors, and property owners with environmental concerns. Today, MECC has offices in New York, Florida, and Vermont and has grown into a regional consulting firm serving clients along the East Coast.
