What was your most notable project, deal or transaction in 2013? 2013 was my best year ever leasing rooftops for solar on Long Island! The company I represent, Nautilus Solar Energy was fortunate to secure exclusive representation from Zere Real Estate Services, who helped us evaluate hundreds of potential solar sites across Nassau and Suffolk Counties. We signed a significant number of multi-site solar leases with major market players that will be operational in 2014 and beyond. Long Island is establishing itself as a national leader in solar energy, and it continues to be a privilege and honor to be a part of that growth.
