National Realty & Development promotes Mannion to executive vice president of property operations

Purchase, NY According to National Realty & Development Corp., (NRDC) Noel Mannion has been promoted to executive vice president of property operations. He was previously the company’s managing director of property operations.

In his new position, Mannion is responsible for overseeing operations for the company’s portfolio of over 78 projects throughout 14 states. This includes all aspects of budgeting, maintenance, major repair and improvement projects, billing, lease administration and risk management.

Mannion began his career at NRDC in 1994. Prior to joining NRDC, he spent four years at Milstein Properties. Mannion has more than 29 years of experience in the real estate industry.

Mannion received a Bachelor’s degree from New York University’s Stern School of Business. He went on to earn a Master’s Degree in Real Estate from NYU Schack Institute.
