NAI Platform negotiates three office/retail leases totaling 43,200 s/f

NAI Platform recently negotiated the lease of retail space at 199 Wolf Rd. The tenant represented by NAI Platform is Jafri Orientals. The retail space will house its new showroom creating a larger and more visible showroom on Wolf Rd. The 12,000 s/f retail building sits at the intersection of Wolf Rd. and Marcus Blvd. After 30 years of being in business in the Capital District, Jafri Rentals is pleased to announce his newly expanded location. The tenant is Jafri Orientals represented by Daniel Slote. The landlord is 199 Wolf Road LLC represented by Robert Murphy. In another transaction, NAI Platform negotiated the lease of class A office space at 399 Albany Shaker Rd. in Loudonville. The tenant represented by NAI Platform is Navistar, Inc. which is a Fortune 500 corporation based in Chicago, with over $12 billion in annual sales. The new office will house its sales and marketing operation here in the Capital Region. The 23,000 s/f office building sits on 2.3 acres at the intersection of Albany Shaker and Everett Rd., which Crisafulli Associates has successfully re-developed. Navistar's new office represents the final vacancy remaining in the building. The tenant is Navistar, Inc. represented by Felton McLaughlin. The landlord is Crisafulli Associates represented by Michael Crisafulli, Jr. "Working with Felton was a great experience, we are happy were able to smoothly and successfully negotiate the final lease at our new building. We now look forward to our relationship with Navistar and look forward to doing another deal with Felton and NAI Platform," said Crisafulli Jr. NAI Platform also negotiated a ten year lease of approximately 8,200 s/f of class A office space at 30 Matthews St. in Goshen to Rehabilitation Support Services of Guilderland. The new space will serve as their Orange County administrative office. RSS, Inc. operates a diverse array of residential, employment, treatment, rehabilitation and community support programs for adults and children in 12 Upstate N.Y. counties. The tenant was represented by Tom Cairns, senior associate broker of NAI Platform and the landlord by Dennis Gillespie of RJ Smith Realty. "Within 4 weeks of assuming the task, NAI Platform's Tom Cairns identified five immediately available class A office suites within our preferred area. NAI Platform represented RSS, Inc. professionally and diligently, advocated for the best and fairest lease, and handled the details quickly, allowing RSS, Inc. to direct its attention to its relocation rather than to a protracted lease negotiation.
