NAI Friedland's industrial team brokers two leases totaling 57,500 s/f in the Bronx

NAI Friedland's industrial division closed two leases totaling 57,500 s/f. NAI Friedland executive VP Steven Kornspun brokered a 35,000 s/f lease at 900 E. 136th St. between Bradford N. Swett Management LLC (landlord) and Parallel Products (tenant). NAI Friedland senior executive VP Ross Schneiderman brokered a 22,500 s/f lease for a two-story building at 4327 Bronx Blvd. between Houlihan Acquisitions (landlord) and Teddy Nissan (tenant). Schneiderman represented the tenant and the landlord was represented by Gerry Houlihan of Houlihan & O'Malley Real Estate Services. "The economy is still causing many to take pause and consider whether the time is right to make a deal," said Tony Lembeck, NAI Friedland's CEO. "Our brokers have a great knack at conveying realistic options to both landlords and tenants. As a result, we are still making deals in this market." Lembeck said, "Friedland's brokers are out in the market every day, working hard to fill every vacancy in Westchester, Rockland, Putnam, and the Bronx. We are canvassing each market regularly to find the best opportunities for our clients, on both the landlord and tenant side of the transaction."
