Murphy joins The Clarett Group as vice president of construction

Richard Murphy, P.E., a 21-year veteran of the engineering and construction management industries, has joined The Clarett Group, a nationally recognized real estate development company headquartered in New York City. Murphy will serve as vice president of construction and is responsible for overseeing the construction of new developments for the firm, according to Veronica Hackett, managing partner. Widely recognized as one of the industry's foremost construction managers, Murphy will utilize his expertise in the development of residential, retail and mixed-use projects, as well as his engineering background, to complement The Clarett Group's existing roster of superb professionals. Prior to joining The Clarett Group, Murphy served as the director of construction for The Brodsky Organization where during his tenure, he was responsible for all design and construction related activities for new construction projects within the company.
