Moore and O’Toole of Lee & Associates NYC sell 10,395 s/f retail/office for $6.5m

Manhattan, NY Lee & Associates NYC completed the $6.5 million sale of 150 West 36th St., a 10,395 s/f retail and office commercial building in the Garment District. 

Stephanie Moore and Catherine O’Toole from Lee & Associates NYC represented the buyer and seller in this transaction. Following the sale, Moore and O’Toole continued on as leasing agents for the building and fully leased the property in under one year. 

“My team has been involved with this building since 2008 and we have developed a deep understanding of what’s needed for it to be successful,” said O’Toole, executive managing director and principal at Lee & Assocs. NYC. 

The building will include a showroom, office space, and an Asian fusion restaurant on the ground floor.

This deal marks the second notable milestone O’Toole and Lee & Associates NYC have achieved in the Garment District this year. O’Toole also completed the leasing of 256 West 36th St., a 12-story, 36,500 s/f building in under one year.
