Modern Spaces welcomes sales agents Greenley, Dimakopoulos, Villani, James and Goclowska

According to Modern Spaces, Mark Greenley, Andy Dimakopoulos, Jennifer Villani, Janette James and Ania Goclowska have joined as sales agents. "We are excited to expand our company and to welcome our talented new agents who come to us with tremendous experience in real estate coupled with successful portfolios," says Eric Benaim, President and CEO of Modern Spaces. "Our company's mission is to deliver a memorable and effortless real estate experience by allowing clients to feel at ease and know they are in good hands. We pride ourselves in our distinctive eye to find value and quality in every home," he adds. Greenley comes to Modern Spaces from Citi Habitats Marketing Group where he worked as a Senior Leasing Director for Silver Towers. Prior to that, Greenley was the Sales Director at 540 West 28th Street and a Sales Director at Be@William. Greenley will be the new Sales Director at The View, Long Island City's waterfront luxury condominium. Dimakopoulos joins Modern Spaces as the on-site agent and Sales Associate at the Long Island City condominium, The Murano. Prior to joining the company, Dimakopoulos was a Sales Associate at The Corcoran's Group Williamsburg office. Villani comes to the brokerage firm from Nestseekers International and now joins Modern Spaces as a sales agent primarily focusing on residential condominiums and co-op sales as well as rentals and re-sales. Villani will also be assisting The Murano's on-site sales team. James will be joining Mark Greenley as the on-site sales agent at The View. Prior to joining the Modern Spaces family she was at Corcoran Sunshine and worked as a sales agent at 165 Charles Street, The Element, The Laurell and Arris Lofts. Goclowska was previously the downtown and Tribeca Specialist for Nestseekers International and is joining Modern Spaces as an Event Coordinator and Sales Associate. Goclowska will be responsible for coordinating marketing and events for new developments as well as community affairs and residential sales. Modern Spaces is a Long Island City based independently-owned real estate brokerage company that specializes in residential and commercial sales and leasing as well as project development and marketing.
