Modern Spaces and TF Cornerstone celebrate The View's 100% sold mark

According to Modern Spaces, a leading brokerage and real estate company along with New York City's developer and neighborhood pioneers TF Cornerstone, Long Island City's The View has reached the 100% sold mark. The View is located on 4630 Center Blvd. and it's the only luxury condominium of the six residential buildings of the EastCoast project in Long Island City's premium waterfront. "TF Cornerstone's waterfront project has been instrumental in elevating the Long Island City real estate market and has put the neighborhood on the map in terms of luxury living. The View sold at record prices in the area and it's the only building that could offer buyers iconic views of the East River and the Manhattan skyline," said Eric Benaim, CEO and oresident of Modern Spaces. "We couldn't be more honored to have been brought on board for this project and we look forward to a long-term partnership with TF Cornerstone." The View condominiums have been designed to offer residents spectacular water and skyline views from every home in the 18-story building. The residential building is comprised of one, two, and three-bedroom homes ranging up to 1,879 s/f. "It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Modern Spaces on The View. With their extensive knowledge of the neighborhood and real estate market paired with knowing the key buyers, Modern Spaces has been the perfect partner to bring this project to completion," said Scott Walsh, director of sales and market research at TF Cornerstone and owner at the View. "We hope to work with Modern Spaces again in future projects and we couldn't be happier with the success of this project." Homes at The View feature floor-to-ceiling windows, white oak flooring, up to 9 to16-ft. ceilings, gourmet-ready kitchens with Viking and Sub Zero appliances, washer/dryers and five-fixture marble bathrooms. Many units also have their own private balconies or terraces. The View is a four-minute subway stop from Grand Central in Midtown Manhattan; Long Island City has it all. From neighboring restaurants like Michelin rated SHI, Café Henri and Tournesol as well as café's, bistros, and bars in the area. Located adjacent to the Gantry State Park and on the Long Island City waterfront, The View is also steps from top museums, boutiques and gourmet greengrocers, the neighborhood has evolved to become the front runner in art and creativity. Besides all that Long Island City has to offer, the area is also easily accessible to all parts of Manhattan and Long Island.
