How has AREW contributed to your career growth?
As a member since 1999 and president of the 2004-2005 season, I have experienced the tremendous benefits that AREW offers. I have obtained solid contacts, and have done business with several members, speakers and guests. AREW has helped me both professionally and personally, solidifying business and gaining wonderful friendships.
Most memorable AREW moment:
The Top 50 Women in Real Estate cocktail event in 2005 at the Pierre, when I was president. The women being honored were role models for all of us. It was such an empowering experience to be associated with such strong and powerful women, all of whom were groundbreakers in the industry
AREW members who have positively influenced your career:
Without a doubt, Marie Claire Cunningham and Suzanne Kliegerman, both of whom are past presidents and great friends. These two women exemplify real commitment to AREW, while excelling in their own worlds and at the top of their careers. They have particularly shown me how to persevere when facing challenges.
