Staying focus, and not listing to other people in the brokerage business depressing stories.

We will end the year with 23-25 deals closed...+/- 300,000 s/f in total. Not bad for a two man shop.

For the owners' deep pockets will survive. For the brokers...tolerance of failure will survive.
