What was the best thing that happened to you or your firm in 2014?
2014 was a very notable year in my life personally as I got married in June to my beautiful wife Tara.
What was your most notable project, deal, transaction or personal achievement in 2014? My most notable deal in 2014 was brokering the $14.45 milion sale of 10 Greene St. in SoHo. It was a very challenging deal and it took a real team effort by everyone involved to get it done.
What are you looking forward to accomplishing in 2015?
I look forward to building more relationships and continuing to work hard for my clients.
What are some of your real estate predictions for 2015?
We will see a correction on land/development pricing and I predict the price per s/f will have to decrease to make any future development feasible.
