MHP secures multiple leases totaling 182,327 s/f

MHP Real Estate Services (Murray Hill Properties) arranged the following leases totaling 170,235 s/f: * Scripps Networks, LLC signed a renewal lease for 10 years at 1180 Ave. of the Americas for 120,721 s/f. Garett Varricchio, Bret Varricchio and James Tamborlane of MHP represented ownership. Samuel Clark, III of Cushman and Wakefield represented the tenant. * Tapad, Inc. signed a 5-year lease at 60 Madison Ave. for 18,759 s/f. Esther Zar, Daniel Lolai and Richard Doolittle of MHP represented ownership. Peter Liptrot of Bernstein Real Estate represented the tenant. * Sontag Advisory signed a 5-year lease at 295 Madison Ave. for 15,875 s/f. Marc Miller, Zar and Lolai of MHP represented ownership. Howard Epstein of EVO Real Estate Group represented the tenant. * Lucas & Mercanti LP signed a 10-year lease at 30 Broad St. for 14,880 s/f. Doolittle and John Howard of MHP represented ownership. Steve Eynon of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant. * Men's Warehouse sign a 10-year retail lease at 135 West 50th Street for 6,370 s/f. James Tamborlane of MHP represented ownership.
