He represented the landlord and Richard Corso of Schacker Real Estate represented the tenant. * Jeremy Hackett and Rick Falco of Metro Realty sold 1,500 s/f at 373 Sheffield Ave., West Babylon to AMD Realty Group LLC. Hackett represented the buyer. Hackett and Falco represented the seller. * Hackett sold 6,525 s/f at 3 Jem Ct, Bay Shore to Cow Neck Realty LLC. He represented the seller and buyer. * Hackett sold 2,400 s/f at 148-1 Remington Blvd., Ronkonkma to 148 Remington LLC. He represented the seller and buyer. * Hackett and Falco sold 4,800 s/f at 270 Fulton Ave. to EWR Holdings LLC. They represented the seller and the buyer. * Hackett sold 8,000 s/f at 116 Kean St., West Babylon to Sandman Development LLC. They represented the buyer and Kyle Burkhardt of Alliance Real Estate Corp. represented the seller. * Mark Timpone of Metro Realty leased 20,000 s/f of land at 3425 Hampton Rd., Oceanside to Redwood Services.
