Metro Loft Management selects CDA to modernize amenity spaces located at 20 Exchange Place; design by Cangelosi

According to Metro Loft Management, 20 Exchange Place has completed its transformation into one of the Financial District's most luxurious residential rental buildings, offering modernized amenity spaces specially designed by Vincent Cangelosi, founder of leading architecture, interiors and landscape design firm CDA. "Since its conversion from a commercial office building, 20 Exchange has offered renters the unique opportunity to reside in one of Lower Manhattan's tallest and most architecturally distinct residential buildings," said Jack Berman, vice president of Metro Loft Management, owner and developer of 20 Exchange. "Our newly designed amenity spaces complement the building's rich history and modern upgrades, so that renters can enjoy the conveniences of urban living within a warm and inviting residential environment." Located on the building's 19th floor, the amenity spaces include a residents' lounge with a wet bar and flat screen TVs, in addition to an adjacent billiard room, card room and gym according to Berman. Cangelosi designed the lounge with Art Deco inspired shapes and textures, as well as plush seating and rich finishes in a color palette that includes deep blues, grays and blacks.
