Mercor signs lease for 25,550 s/f at One World Trade Center

Manhattan, NY According to The Durst Organization and The Port Authority of N.Y. & N.J., Mercor signed a lease at One World Trade Center for 25,550 s/f on the 77th floor. One World Trade Center is 97% leased and Mercor joins the growing community of AI companies at the building.

The Durst Organization was represented in-house by Eric Engelhardt, Karen Rose, and Sayo Kamara and by Newmark’s David Falk, Peter Shimkin, Hal Stein, Nathan Kropp, and Paige Raisides. Harry Singer of CBRE represented Mercor.

Tenants at One World Trade Center include Condé Nast Publications, Carta, Celonis, NormAi, Stagwell, Scale AI, and Frier Levitt. The 3.1 million s/f building is certified LEED Gold.
