Merrell of Island Assocs. sells 1,400 s/f medical office - $650,000

Lindenhurst, NY Island Associates completed the sale of a 1,400 s/f medical office building located at 760 N. Wellwood Ave. The property sold for $650,000 ($464 per s/f). The vacant building was purchased by Reddy-Care Physical Therapy as part of the company’s expansion. Situated on Wellwood Ave., the property offers visibility, parking, and access to Sunrise Hwy., Southern State Pkwy., and LIRR.
