Brian Sahn is a partner at Forchelli, Curto, Deegan, Schwartz, Mineo, Cohn & Terrana LLP's Real Estate Group where he concentrates on commercial real estate transactions. He represents several public and private companies concerning their real estate portfolios, including leasing, purchase, sale and financing of real property, including environmentally challenged properties. Brian manages the firm's "sustainable" initiatives, and oversaw its LEED certification. He is on the board of the USGBC Long Island Chapter.
