Frank Socci, Jr., CPM is the director of property management at NAI Long Island and has over 20 years of real estate experience. Socci's knowledge encompasses property management, real estate accounting and financial reporting. He manages a portfolio of over 1 million s/f consisting of retail, industrial and office buildings, plus a portfolio of over 1,600 residential units. Socci supervises NAI Long Island's property management team and under his leadership, NAI Long Island was awarded IREM's prestigious AMO of the year in 2004.
