James Hayden, CPM is the president of the Greater New York Chapter of IREM. This is his second term. Working in the real estate industry for the past 20 years, Hayden began his career in lending and then made a gradual transition to property management. About ten years ago, he became involved with IREM and quickly understood the value of having the premier designation in industry - the Certified Property Manager.
