IREM hosts second annual Asset & Property Management Symposium

Richard Branson, president of Pump & Motor Corp. spoke with IREM member Denise Belanger, CPM. In addition to exhibiting, Branson was a symposium speaker and his company also sponsored the luncheon cocktail hour.

The Greater New York Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management hosted their second annual Asset & Property Management Symposium on Wednesday, March 18 at the New York Helmsley Hotel. Twelve different seminars were conducted and the luncheon keynote address was delivered by John Cutter of Beau Dietl & Associates, an investigation firm in NYC. Attendees also had the opportunity to visit the exhibitor's showcase which was open throughout the day.

Sponsored by R.Y. Management Co., Inc. & Jones Lang LaSalle, the symposium was a true success, offering both education and networking opportunities in an informal environment that encouraged the exchange of information and ideas.
