Jeff Kintzner has an extensive background in all aspects of real estate marketing, leasing and contract negotiation. He has worked closely with many national and regional retailers including Wal-Mart, Shop Rite, Macy's, The UPS Store, Tengda Asian Bistro, Just-A-Buck and Angel Tips Nail & Spa. Since 1998 Kintzner has brokered over 250 transactions throughout the tri-state area and has consulted on 125 "store within a store" leases throughout the country. From 1994-1997 Kintzner held the position of director of leasing for Macy's where he was responsible for leasing nearly 800,000 s/f throughout the east coast.
Kintzner has received an MBA degree from the Stern School of Business at New York University and an undergraduate degree from Boston University. He is a licensed real estate broker in New York and Connecticut and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Center and the Westchester County Board of Realtors.
